QUALIFYING INDIVIDUALS – Find one, Be one or Become One
Qualifying Individuals are a big part of the construction industry. There are thousands of legitimate businesses in the construction industry operated by non-tradespersons and national companies who need qualifiers permanently in various trades and states.
Qualifying Individuals and Your Construction Business…
A Qualifying Individual is someone who has taken and passed the exams to become a contractor in any given state or trade.
These individuals either qualify a license of their own, or they are willing to qualify one for you. (A few states issue a license to individuals, not businesses, so it works a little different but the results are the same)
NCLA has worked with tens of thousands of contractors throughout the U.S. and is in the perfect position to find you a temporary or permanent qualifier for your license.
Qualifying Individuals have a responsibility to fulfill to the state. So, you have a responsibility to your qualifying individual.
