In 1965, I recognized the fact that many Contractors and Applicants for Contractor’s licenses were in need of ongoing assistance with their licensing. Not only was the license authority requiring; annual reports, up-grades, up-dates & changing laws, rules, regulations and of course increasing the cost of your license renewals and higher Bond requirements, the classifications, qualifications and privileges of licensure changed.

As former president of cal-state contractors’ license service and founder of the full contractor license service my goal has always been to be an advocate for the licensee. Since 1965 we have assisted tens of thousands of contractors to exercise the privileges provided them by the license laws.
